The "Scrum for advanced Scrum Master + preparation for PSM II" training is addressed to experienced Scrum Masters who want to expand their competences, understand more deeply how Scrum works and become real leaders in the agile approach. The course covers the interpretation of the Scrum Guide in accordance with the vision of Scrum.org, which is crucial in the context of the PSM II exam. Participants gain practical knowledge about comprehensiveness, empirical approach, value Scrum and the role of Scrum Master as a leader. Additionally, the course prepares for the PSM II exam, based on the latest version of the Scrum Guide from November 2020.

This 2 day course is suitable for any IT professionals who are interested in using the Waterfall model and how people have traditionally tried to deal with its shortcomings - including, but not limited to, Agile approaches. The aim of the 1st day is to give an overview of these approaches enabling you to decide what might suit them in your environment. This instructor-led, live training in Sri Lanka (online or onsite) is aimed at PSM I certification holders, product owners, project managers, IT professionals, and developers who wish to demonstrate their advanced knowledge and skills in Scrum concepts, theories, and principles. By the end of this training, participants will be able to apply the Scrum framework to serve and facilitate their Scrum teams, deal with team conflict, achieve product goals, maximize product value, and manage product backlogs.

All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. The industry-recognized PSM I certification requires a minimum passing score of 85%. PSM class participants who attempt the PSM I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost. You are also entitled to a discount on the PSM II assessment once passing PSM I

The Professional Scrum Master IITM (PSM II) course is a 2-day Advanced Scrum Master course designed to support experienced Scrum Masters in their professional journeys.  This course is a combination of instruction and facilitated exercises looking at the challenges that Scrum Masters face and how the principles and values of Scrum help them to deal with those situations. 

This two-day course teaches the Lean-Agile principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). You’ll learn how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, how to build an Agile Portfolio, and how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale. You will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and how to apply the principles and practices of SAFe to support Agile teams, programs, program portfolio management, and to coordinate large Value Streams. "SAFe® Scrum Master with SSM Certification" training is a two-day course that prepares you for the role of Scrum Master within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Participants will acquire skills in Program Increment management, team support Agile and implementation [1 ] SAFe 4 Scrum Master (SSM) certification confirms the readiness to effectively perform this role on an enterprise scale.

This two-day course prepares current Scrum Masters for their leadership role in facilitating Agile team, program, and enterprise success in a SAFe® implementation. The course covers facilitation of cross-team interactions in support of the program execution and relentless improvement. It enhances the Scrum paradigm with an introduction to scalable engineering and DevOps practices; the application of Kanban to facilitate the flow of value; and supporting interactions with architects, product management, and other critical stakeholders in the larger program and enterprise contexts. The course offers actionable tools for building high-performing teams and explores practical ways of addressing Agile and Scrum anti-patterns in the enterprise. Attending the class prepares you to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master (ASM).

This two-day course teaches teams who are part of an Agile Release Train (ART) how to work in an Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, and XP. The teams will learn how to become Agile Teams, build their backlog, and plan and execute iterations. Agile teams learn about their ART and their role in it, planning, executing, and improving with other teams. This class prepares teams to run a Program Increment (PI), including all meetings at the Team and Program level with a specific focus on the upcoming PI planning. Attending the class prepares participants to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Practitioner (SP). After this course, you should be able to:

• Apply SAFe to scale Lean and Agile development in your enterprise
• Know your team and its role on the Agile Release Train
• Know all other teams on the train, their roles and the dependencies between the teams
• Plan iterations

The Scrum Practitioner training aims to introduce agile concepts and techniques in a classroom situation using a combination of talks, exercises and fun activities embracing the principle of ‘learning by doing’. During the course, there will be the opportunity to apply the techniques with a ready-prepared simulation, which will help consolidate learning.

It illustrates what it is like to take on the role of an Agile team. The course covers all aspects of a product owner's involvement in an Agile product's life-cycle, such as gathering requirements rapidly, writing user stories, estimating story points, tracking, release planning, reporting, forecasting, scaling, and so on.
